Enquiries (no booking made)
We retain enquiry information for up to 12 months to allow customers time to return to complete seasonal bookings.
Booking records
Booking and transaction information will be retained for up to 6 years after the end of the financial year in which the booking took place.
This is to comply with HMRC accounting requirements and to protect our legal position in the event of disputes or insurance claims.
Caravan storage customers
We retain personal data for the duration of the storage agreement and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal, insurance and accounting purposes.
Correspondence
General correspondence may be retained for a reasonable period where necessary to manage customer relationships, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
We regularly review stored data and securely delete information that is no longer required.
