1) What we use your data for:

Your information will be stored securely on a database and will not be used for marketing purposes. Nor will it be passed on to any third party unless by prior agreement. We will hold your personal data so that we can make bookings, send invoices or correspond with you about your booking or caravan storage.

Your data will be stored for 3 months after an enquiry (where no booking has been made) where a booking has been made we will store your data for 12 months after the booking. It will then be removed.  For customers who store their caravans we will store your data for the duration of the service.

2) The lawful basis for holding and processing your personal data.

2.1 We obtain your consent to store your personal data when you contact us via our website. If you are only making an enquiry at this stage then you have the right to withdraw your consent to us storing your data. Please email us on: datacontroller@currypoolmill.co.uk to request this.

2.2 In order for us to be able to make a booking or store your caravan on our site we must hold your personal data. This is covered under the contract element of the GDPR as it is vital that we are able contact you in relation to your booking or the storage of your caravan (part of the terms and conditions of storing your caravan at Currypool Mill).  Without these details we are unable to make a booking or hold a caravan on our site.

3) Right of Access to the data we hold about you

You have a right to request to view the data that we hold about you. If you wish to see this please email: datacontroller@currypoolmill.co.uk please note we are only able to provide you with the information we hold about you. We are not able to pass on other customers details to you.

A small administration fee may be charged to provide you with this information.

4) Changes to your details

If your details change please let us know as soon as possible so that we can update your records. If you believe that we hold the incorrect information about you please let us know immediately so we can amend this.

5) The right to ask us to delete the data we hold about you

If you wish us to delete the data we hold on you then please email us on: datacontroller@currypoolmill.co.uk

Please note we are not able to delete your data if you are still in contract with us (i.e you have outstanding booking or we are storing your caravan at Curry pool Mill).
